All of the KS2 pupils of our confederated schools attended a Shakespeare workshop with the 'Shakespeare4Kidz' theatre company ![]()
We participated in the Stokesley Agricultural Show gaining prizes for Art, DT and Handwriting October 2007 Parents' Evening Confederated Harvest Festival Service
Raised £80 November 2007 Community Links at the Cenotaph
Both schools will join with members of the community at the Rememberance Day service and the laying of the wreath at the cenotaph in Chop Gate

Confederated Christmas Fayre
The fayre raised £800 - money is used to: Provide enhanced learning opportunities Confederated Christingle service Children's Christmas Party with visit from Santa A Confederated Christingle Service at the Village Hall Bilsdale Midcable Chop Gate. Two separate school nativity services one at St. Hilda's Church, Chop Gate The other at St. Botolph's Church Carlton January 2008
The pupils of the Foundation, KS1 and KS2 stages of both schools will visit the theatre to see a pantomime. |

Visit from members of the Peripatetic Music Service March 2008 Confederated Easter Service at St. Botolph's Church Raised £70+ for the BBC's Sport Relief Charity Confederated World Book Day
We held team quizzes to link food and stories e.g. Chocolate Bars - Charlie and the Chocolate factory Marmalade - Paddington Bear Peach - James and the Giant Peach etc.... April 2008 May 2008 Induction Programme for prospective pupils begins June 2008 F/KS1 school trip - visiting the local places of importance linked to the life of Captain Cook. KS2 trip - Our educational visit will be connected with this year's Geography studies. Carlton Village Day - in addition to the open gardens Afternoon teas, Treasure Trail, Scarecrow competition and traction engine rides also the children of both schools will perform a selection of songs July 2008 The first phase of our confederated Timber Trail will be completed End of Year Concert - "JOSEPH" Valedictory Service for Carlton and Faceby will be held at St. Botolph's Church at 14:00 hrs on Thursday 17th July |
